Next, step your right foot back into a lunge, and then step your left foot back to a plank pose.

Lower down into a chaturanga and then lift into an upward facing dog.

From here, tuck your toes and lift your hips into a downward facing dog.

Take five deep breaths in this pose, feeling the stretch through your legs and spine.

Then, step your right foot forward into a lunge and repeat the flow on the other side.

After completing both sides, return to downward facing dog and then step or hop to the top of your mat. Inhale to a halfway lift, and exhale to fold forward.

Rise up to standing and then take a big step back with your right foot into warrior two.

Hold warrior two for five breaths, feeling the strength and power in your legs.
