Furthering Your Practice
One of the hardest things about starting a new workout routine, especially one like Yoga, is it seems like everyone knows what they are doing except you. The great thing about Yoga is the only thing you really need to get started is a mat. You can do Yoga without a mat but you will find it will be much more comfortable and easier to keep your grip if you have something underneath you.
As you move along within your practice you will start to notice things within your body that you didn’t know about before which will prompt you to look into other options to further enhance your practice. I have most likely already gone through a lot of the things you will go through and will try to provide some insight to help you better understand what you are getting yourself into throughout your journey.
