I absolutely love this foam roller. The different grooves on the outside of the roller allow for varying levels of pressure which is nice if you want to take it easy or really want to get deep in your muscles.
This roller is very sturdy and I consistently put my entire body weight on it with no problems at all. If you’re looking for a foam roller that will give you a deep massage and last for a long time, you can’t go wrong here.
