One thing that I always bring with me to my mat is a water bottle. I need to hydrate myself a lot during my workouts because of how I sweat so having plenty of water near is mandatory.
You can buy just about any water bottle and it will do the job but I wanted a bottle that also represented how natural yoga is. It sounds silly but I believe if you’re going to do something, do it all the way.
The Embrava water bottle is BPA free and Triton Co-Polyestor, giving it a durable feel. The bottle is very easy to open by pushing a button on the lid and comes with a carry strap. I personally have the 32oz bottle and finish the entire thing during my workouts.
