Quick Yoga Flow Class to Energize the Body
Begin standing at the top of your mat and take a deep breath in.
On the exhale, fold forward and hang in a forward fold for five breaths.
Next, step your right foot back into a lunge, and then step your left foot back to a plank pose.
Lower down into a chaturanga and then lift into an upward facing dog.
From here, tuck your toes and lift your hips into a downward facing dog.
Take five deep breaths in this pose, feeling the stretch through your legs and spine.
Then, step your right foot forward into a lunge and repeat the flow on the other side.

Return to warrior two and repeat on the other side.
To finish, take a seated forward fold for five breaths, letting your body relax and release any tension.
