The information on stickwithityoga.com is for education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, physical therapist, or other licensed clinician.

Yoga and other movement can help some people with stiffness, low-back discomfort, tight hips, and sciatica-type symptoms. The same movements can aggravate an injury if the timing or the pose is wrong. Bodies differ. Medical history differs. What settled one back can flare another.

Nothing on this site promises that pain will go away, stay away, or follow a timeline. “Better” usually means moving a little more easily, a little more often. That is not a guarantee.

This site does not guarantee that any information, product, routine, or video is complete, accurate, or suitable for every person. Use of the site, and any reliance on what is published here, is at the visitor’s own risk.

Anyone with new, severe, or worsening pain, numbness, weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control, unexplained weight loss, a recent accident, or a condition already known to be complicated should get in-person care first. A licensed clinician should be consulted before changing an existing treatment plan.

Each person is responsible for how they practice. Move slowly. Skip anything that produces sharp, spreading, or electrical pain. Stop if something feels wrong.

Some older posts describe products, programs, or other websites. Mentions of those items are not a promise that they will fix pain or work the same for every body. Purchases made through links on those posts are covered in the Privacy Policy.
