Stick With It Yoga (stickwithityoga.com) is a site about one yoga routine for everyday tightness and low-back trouble. This page explains what information is collected and how it is used.

What is collected
Browsing the site may produce standard server logs through the host and WordPress: IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, date and time, and similar technical data. Those logs are used to keep the site running, watch for abuse, and see general traffic patterns. They are not combined with a name or email in order to identify a person.
Joining an email list, or submitting a form, collects the address written in the form and the date it was sent. If a name field is added later, that name will be collected too. The current plan is email only.
Email sent to yoga@stickwithityoga.com is stored as written.
The site does not have user accounts or a public customer register.
How it is used
Email is used to announce when the routine is live and, for those who remain subscribed, to send occasional notes about that same practice. Addresses are not sold, rented, or given to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Forms, cookies, and tools
A form plugin and an email service (such as Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite, or similar) may be used to store addresses and send messages. Those services have their own privacy policies. They typically set cookies or similar files so the form and emails work.
The current homepage is not run as an ad network. Older posts may still load scripts, images, or cookies from tools used when those posts were written, including affiliate or embed tools.
Cookies can be refused in the browser. The site may still work. Signup, embedded media, and older posts may not.
Leaving this page does not remove an email from the list. Unsubscribing is done through the link in an email, or by writing yoga@stickwithityoga.com.
Affiliate links
The site may include affiliate links. If a reader clicks one of those links and later buys something, the site may receive a commission. The price paid by the buyer does not change.
As an Amazon Associate, the site earns from qualifying purchases.
Affiliate links are not a promise that a product will fix pain, replace medical care, or work the same for every body. No one is required to use an affiliate link. The same product can be bought directly from the seller.
Clicking an affiliate link may send the reader to another website. That other site has its own privacy policy, terms, and cookies. Stick With It Yoga does not control what those sites collect.
If an affiliate tool or link wrapper is used, that tool may record that a link was clicked, often with a cookie, so a commission can be credited.
Comments
Some older posts still show comments. A comment includes whatever name, email, and text the writer submitted at the time. That material is not presented as paid customer reviews of a current service.
How long information is kept
Server logs follow the host’s normal schedule. Email addresses are kept until the person unsubscribes or the list is closed.
Choices
A person may ask what email is on file, ask that it be deleted, or unsubscribe. That request will be honored unless a minimal record of the request has to be kept.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. Email from children under 13 is not collected knowingly.
Changes
If the routine, the form, the email tool, or the use of affiliate links changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
